Worst Transfer Ever Stay away from this one!Booked this for a transfer from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo.Original pick up was early, thank you, and we were ready to go. Travel time should have been about 2 hours and 5 minutes - took over 2 hours and 45 minutes.Return trip was the disaster - waited almost 30 minutes for the driver at the Santo Domingo around at 11:40 pm and things went quickly down hill from there.I booked this transfer on Tripadvisor recommendation and just want other members to know what you are signing up for. Transfer to an excursion Great, fast, customer service. We used them for a ride to and from an excursion from our hotel. Jose Luis was our driver, he was friendly, and respectful. Arrive on time. We got a little lost on the way to our drop off point, I believe it was more of a booking error on my part because I didn’t have the pin drop from the excursion tours yet. Just a minor error, we got there in the end and he was waiting for us after the excursion was over! Paid via the WhatsApp to PayPal, quick and easy! The best transportation and customer service! I could not recommend this transportation service more! They are so responsive, accommodating and well-priced. Whether it’s to/from the airport or anywhere for that matter (we golfed at Casa de Campo one day), they were fabulous! The owners name is Felix and he responds right away (via WhatsApp). Easy Reliable Transportation I booked 3 separate transfers to/from cruise/hotels spanning 3 weeks, and they were there on time for every pickup. Felix was such a pleasure to work with, and it was so nice to have everything set up ahead of time. Easy pay through PayPal, then just tipped the drivers. Best reliable taxi company FC transfer is a reliable company. I dealt with Felix he was kind and respectful and responded quickly. I would message him days in advance and one of his drivers he would show up or he would come himself. All his drivers were very friendly and reliable. They brought me to Jumbo supermarket and actually waited two hours for me to finish doing my groceries and brought me back to my condo for $60 plus tip which was well deserved.
